•    Special Event Liability insurance is required of all renters and is due no later than ten days prior to your event.  
•    A Special Occasion Permit must be obtained by the user and adhere to regulations of AGCO. 
•    Only under the direction of LUMAS staff are any furnishings, including but not limited to artwork, lamps or seating to be moved.  
•    All load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated time-frame given by LUMAS.  
•    All trash, including recyclables and compostable, must be collected, properly bagged and removed by the renter or caterer.
•    Should LUMAS be engaged in any promotion or co-production of your event, it is imperative that we see all approved marketing messages and communications.
